For most of my life, I chased perfection…
I wanted to understand every detail of the body – how to build it, shape it, and master its power. That pursuit took me to the top. I won the New York Bodybuilding Championship and thought I had found the secret to strength.
But something was missing. Even at my strongest, I felt pain that training couldn’t fix – deep fatigue, tension, and a sense that something inside wasn’t in balance. I realized the body could look perfect but still carry invisible pain. That truth changed everything.
So I left everything familiar and went to India. There, I studied yoga, Ayurveda, and traditional healing practices that have existed for thousands of years. Later, I continued my training in Thailand, learning from masters at the Wat Pho Medical School in Bangkok. What I discovered was simple but powerful: the body already knows how to heal itself. Our job is to help it remember.
Today, my work combines what I learned from both worlds – the science of physical training and the ancient wisdom of energy and healing. My goal is to help you restore your body’s natural balance, strength, and intelligence.
